Our incredible owner Kristel has been a Dog Groomer for over 20 years!
Starting in a Corporate Salon, Kristel quickly developed a passion for grooming, but her Values were very different. Over the years she has been a groomer she learned just how important the environment is for each pup. Kristel has put her love for animals and passion for grooming into one place, creating a safe space for pups to be groomed, stress-free.

It is ALWAYS about the pups. We respect and love each dog as if they were our own.

Humanity over Vanity: The pet's well-being far exceeds all other needs. We will always do what is in the best interest of the fur-babies. We will not hurt an animal to get the clip "just right".

Quality over Quantity: We offer 1-on-1 service. This means each groomer only works on one pup at a time. This gives the groomer the ability to give your fur-baby their undivided attention.
We also do not offer walk-in services. All grooming is done by appointment only and is scheduled strategically due to each pups individual needs.

Each fur-baby has his or her own personality and due to that the grooming process can be stressful. We work with each pup individually to make it as stress-free as possible. As a team we try to stay away from the use of sedation or muzzling while grooming. We will always give it our best shot to get the job done without these tools.
